Loreal, founder of Luminant Search, graduated from University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa with a background in journalism, where she discovered her passion for building meaningful connections and understanding people’s stories. After gaining experience in marketing and med-legal recruiting, she combined her relationship-driven approach with a deep appreciation for professionalism, credibility, and thoughtful placement.
